Black anodised aluminium facia.
This facia was reproduced from the customers blue print and is now
stored as a dxf file on our system, thus allowing our customer access
to his drawing as a DXF file.

from Autocad and imported as a DXF file direct to our engraving
system to show how accurate we are able to reproduce CAD drawings.

Silver Kemco has now become one
of the more wildly used materials for facias and mimics. Kemco has
the apperence of anodised aluminium but is a cheaper alternative.
Note the flush fitting emergency stop circle.

Customers can often become
confused on the cost of engraving. This reception plate as been
produced using a cheaper single block font. See the next sample for a
more professional plate.

As you can see from this
example, by using a roman type font the plate is more pleasing to the
eye, but is reflected in the cost of manufacture.

The old tried and trusted
Formica (Trafolite) This material as been around as far back as I can
remember, it is ideal for machine labels and facias, it is also one
of the cheapest materials to engrave.

Aluminium data plates. Ideal
when the customer wants to stamp serial No and date onto the plate.
We are able to incorporate customers logos on to the data plate at a
resonable cost.

Polished brass lookes well and
lasts for ever. Brass is used in the manufacture of external/internal
signage. It is one of the more prefered materials for such things as
commemorative plaques, solicitors plaques etc. It looks well when
mounted on to a wooden back board.
